Meditation: Life has its time of shadows--sorrow, unrest, heartache, confusion, depression and loneliness. Yet, there is always a loving Heavenly Father willing to brighten the shadows of life…  As Our Great Promise Keeper... So, what must we do to partake of His faithfulness? We must simply believe, trust, have faith in the ever faithful One--Romans 4:20-21.  As Our Loving Creator... God speaks through all nature of His love and power-- Psalm 19:1-3. God speaks through His written Word with over 6,000 promises from Genesis to Revelation. God has spoken through His Son, Jesus Christ--John 10:10b.  As Our Heavenly Father... God is our refuge in a troubled and sinful world-- Psalm 46:1-11. God Never Fails--I Kings 8:56. God Never Forgets--II Peter 3:9.

What a friend we have in Jesus, All our sins and griefs to bear. What a privilege to carry Everything to God in prayer! Oh, what peace we often forfeit, Oh, what needless pain we bear, All because we do not carry Everything to God in prayer!
