Meditation: The message emanates from the empty tomb of Christ our Lord that we too must follow in His steps. Because He lives, we too may live. Jesus was raised unto eternal victory over sin and death. Follow the living way, and walk forward with LIFE!  By Dying to Sin and Self (Mark 8:34; Rom. 6:1-3,7) Jesus paid the ransom for our souls when he died for our sin. He arose in victory over sin and death. To follow Christ we must deny the old man of sinful self and leave sin's grip in the grave.  By Living with Heavenly Desires (Col. 3:1-4) As citizens of heaven, born into the family of God through faith in Christ, we have a new vision. We have new goals that reflect God's agenda. Our sights can now focus beyond the doom of sin and into the heights of eternity. We must be about our Heavenly Father's business.  By Anticipating A Grand Reunion (Col. 3:4) Christ never looked back to the tomb. He only looked forward to His ascension to the Father. We never have to worry about the finality and completion of our salvation in Christ. We only need serve Him and look forward to meeting Him through the portals of death or upon His glorious return.

Because He Lives, I Can Face Tomorrow; Because He Lives, All Fear Is Gone; Because I know, He Holds the Future; Life Is Worth the Living, Just Because He Lives!
