COMMONWEALTH CONNECTION SCHOLARSHIP Helping Community Students Go Further! Our best tuition plan for students from the local communities we were founded to serve 100 years ago. Students who qualify will pay half the regular tuition rate. Students must have at least a 2.75-grade point average and live in a school district within a 45-mile radius of campus in one of the following West Virginia or Virginia counties:
