Make some waves with us at this FREE fitness expo! 15–20-minute demos of each class will be taught giving participants the chance to find which class is their best fit and talk with instructors about each program! Bring a swimsuit to try out classes. Friday, Jan. 5 9-11 a.m. BIKINI & BOARDSHORT BOOTCAMP Start your new year off right and join us for a 4- week morning boot camp! This invigorating bootcamp will involve cardio room workouts as well as work outs on the pool deck and in the water. Be prepared to make a splash and break a sweat! Instructors: Jilliann Kowalcik & Anna Henderson Moderate to High-Intensity workout. Tennis shoes and athletic clothes will be needed as well as swimsuits and/or dry fit clothing. The adjusted dates and prices will be reflected upon monthly registration. Registration takes place monthly at 7:30 a.m.
