Eligibility Policy for Youth Team Sports Non-Resident/non-taxpayer will be assessed an additional fee. No request will be taken (straight draft). Cal Ripken Baseball, Babe Ruth Baseball and Babe Ruth Softball Cal Ripken Baseball, Babe Ruth Baseball and Babe Ruth Softball participants must live within the boundaries estab- lished for Cal Ripken Baseball, Babe Ruth Baseball and Babe Ruth Softball. YOUTH FOOTBALL Late Registration policy is as follows: $5 for first week $10 for second week after the second week all participants will go on a waiting list.
