Participation fees and non–resident/taxpayer fees will be charged to participate in Christiansburg Parks and Recreation programs. 14. There will be a $5 charge for replacement ID cards. 15. Left ID cards will be discarded after 3 weeks, resulting in the need for a replacement ID. 16.
