This session will include an overview of the available long-term services and supports critical to advance planning for the financial, legal, and personal care needs as we age. Hang from the tree, set around the house or gift finished projects to loved ones. Keep them up till Santa comes or hang them as winter decorations to grace the home with yuletide spirit all season long! From 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. on the day the swap is held, you will be allowed to select different books to take home to enjoy.
