This session will highlight various types of elder abuse, awareness of the indicators of elder abuse, and utilization of community resources and supports to identify, prevent, and intervene when situations of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation occur. Participants will get hands-on training in the use of a fire extinguisher, learn information about smoke detectors, exhaust fans and other fire safety tips. **Participants must pre-register.
