FITNESS CLASSES
Fitness class schedules are tentative and subject to change. The adjusted dates and prices will be reflected upon monthly registration. Registration takes place monthly at 8 a.m.
Hydro Power An aqua class guaranteed to get the fitness party started! This class combines cardiovascular training and muscle conditioning through methods of interval training, abdominal work, and muscle enduring activities. These combinations provide a great workout and may incorporate equipment such as pool noodles and water weights in our leisure pool! Leisure Pool. Instructor: Ana McRoberts & Jilliann Kowalcik
Rolling in the Deep Strap on an aqua belt (or tread if preferred!) and join us for a deep-water class in the competition pool! You will use equipment such as noodles, buoys, and resistance gloves to develop core strength while performing aerobic exercises such as jogging, skiing and more! Competition Pool. (FLIP)Turn & Burn BOOTCAMP On Wednesdays... you can (really) sweat with us! Start your day off right with a routine consisting of dryland workouts and water workouts. Guaranteed to hit all the right muscles and have you ready to conquer the rest of your day! This bootcamp will involve cardio room workouts as well as work outs on the pool deck and in the water. Be prepared to make a splash and break a sweat! Moderate to High-Intensity workout. Cardio Room & Leisure pool. Instructor: Jilliann Kowalcik & Anna Henderson Tennis shoes and athletic clothes will be needed as well as swimsuits and/or dry fit clothing. Workout will begin in the cardio room or on deck then transition to the pool. *Please bring your own mat or extra towel for the deck exercise portion if needed.
Morning Fit Start your day the right way with Morning Fit! This shallow water workout combines calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistance exercises. You will jog, kick, march and jump through the water to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Leisure Pool. Instructor: Danielle Bland
