Additional Information: A Latin-inspired dance and tone fitness program. The class will emphasize muscle work along with rhythms. This combination of cardio and dynamic resistance exercises is an effective way to tone and shape the whole body.

Additional Information: Stroller Fitness is an exercise program for moms that they can do while their child is in the stroller. The class includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise bands, dumbbells and the stroller. Pre-Requisites: The child must stay in the stroller.
