Date Time Friday, May 16 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday, May 17 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday, May 18 1 – 5 p.m. SOURDOUGH/KOMBUCHA WORKSHOP – Instructor: Ginny Perfater Location: Recreation Center – Classroom 2 Additional Information: Join us for a sourdough workshop. You’ll learn all the steps in the process from maintaining the sour dough starter to shaping and baking a loaf. We will make the dough together, then you take the dough home to bake the next day. You’ll also leave with step-by-step instructions and a 200-year-old starter! You will also learn how to make Kombucha and take home your very own scoby to start fermenting your own tea. Come learn about the benefits of a healthy gut and have some fun with us! There is a $20 instruction fee that will be collected at the class, correct change only! Participants will need to bring: unbleached flour, a mixing bowl, spatula and 2 - pint jars. Must Pre-Register.
