THE FUND FOR MERCER COUNTY Grants from this Fund support non-profit agencies and organizations that serve low income Mercer County residents. THE MARSHALL MILLER SCHOLARSHIP FUND This fund provides scholarship assistance to students studying engineering and/or geology. THE A. A. MODENA FAMILY FUND This donor-advised fund supports churches, religious groups, civic and governmental entities and programs, educational institutions, social services, health and human services and the arts and humanities. THE SANDRA GAYLE MONK MEMORIAL FUND This fund was established for the benefit and care of the mentally and physically handicapped citizens of Mercer County, West Virginia. MOUNTAIN HEART FOUNDATION DONOR DESIGNATED FUND Provides financial assistance to local children who suffer from heart disease or have undergone heart surgery to attend Camp Mountain Heart. THE SYLVESTER C. AND JANICE M. MYERS FUND This fund supports the Wade Center. THE CHARLES E. AND JERRY ANN MYLES FUND This fund supports Mercer Charitable Clinic THE SUSANNE NELSON Ph.D., SCHOLARSHIP FUND Established to provide scholarship assistance to graduating seniors of Princeton Senior High School. THE CYRUS LEROY AND BLANCHE MAE NICHOLSON SCHOLARSHIP FUND This fund provides scholarship assistance to graduating seniors of high schools in Mercer, McDowell, Tazewell and Bland counties studying agriculture or art. THE HELEN LOUISE PAYNE AND HENRY PLEASANT COFER FUND FOR BLUEFIELD, WV This fund will provide benefits to the Bluefield, WV area THE LAUREN ALEXIS PERDUE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND This fund is to provide scholarship assistance to graduating seniors of Bluefield High School with preference to applicants who have been a cheerleader or played football. THE PERKINSON FAMILY FUND This fund supports youth projects THE CHARLES A. AND MARJORIE M. PETERS FUND This fund provides assistance to any area of grantmaking. THE ANNE AND GENO PRESERVATI SCHOLARSHIP FUND This fund provides scholarship assistance to graduating seniors of high schools in Mercer, McDowell, Tazewell and Bland counties studying mechanics or accounting. THE QUOTA CLUB OF SOUTH BLUEFIELD FOUNDATION FUND This donor-designated fund is in support of advancing and promoting the health and welfare of women and children. THE JAMES C. RAMEY, SR. MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND Scholarship assistance to Mercer and Tazewell County seniors. THE ROY R. RAUB, MD MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND This scholarship fund is to provide assistance to students from Mercer, Tazewell, McDowell and Buchanan Counties. THE RIDGE RUNNER FUND This fund serves as a maintenance fund for future upkeep and repairs of the Ridge Runner train at Bluefield City Park. THE ROTARY CLUB OF BLUEFIELD, WV DONOR DESIGNATED FUND This fund is to provide grants in any field of interest for community need. THE BONNIE R. SHOTT FUND This fund was established in memory of Bonnie R. Shott, for the purpose of promoting and fostering understanding, appreciation and public interest of theater, music, dance and the fine arts. THE JEFFREY EDWARD SHOTT MEMORIAL FUND This fund was established in memory of Jeffrey Edward Shott, infant son of John and Kathy Shott, to benefit the youth of the area. 17
