Education is the key to success. (Humility. Observation. Curiosity. Effort. Determination. Organization. Experience. Wisdom.) Respect has to be earned. (Honor your mother and father. Submit to your husband. Love your wife. Render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s. Love your neighbor. Avenge not yourselves.) All you can do is your best. (Do what is right. Do what is good. Whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.) Follow your heart. (“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?” Jer. 17:9) Do what is right for you. (“Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered.” Proverbs 28:26) Leave a Legacy to Future Generations. (Deuteronomy 6:6-9) Post it to your Twitter feed. (“These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.) Sync it to their smart phones. (Impress them on your children.) Send them a text message, download the podcast and set a reminder on Alexa. (Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.) Program your Apple Watch and design matching screen printed hoodies. (Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.) DIY a shabby chic wall plaque and order a yard sign. (Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.”) Truth is relative. (“My brothers and sister, if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring that person back, remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of their way will save them from death and cover a multitude of sin.” James 5:19-20)
