Autumn Guide 2018
HUNTER EDUCATION CLASS – Free (Ages 8+) Virginia has implemented a new, shorter hunter education course. Instead of 10 hours or more, the new course will be 6-8 hours. Students will be required to complete several hours of self-study prior to class. Some materials on the final test will be covered in the self-study material, but not during classroom time. To be sure to pass the class and receive a certification card, students must complete one of the self-study options! Self-study material may be picked up in the Montgomery County Parks & Recreation office at 755 Roanoke Street, Suite 1E, Christiansburg.
