HOME MAINTENANCE CHECKLISTS

Winter List: December, January, February Year ______  Inspect and replace HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)/furnace filters  Clean kitchen exhaust hood and filter  Test electrical outlets (a nightlight is a good tester)  Vacuum refrigerator coils  Clean dryer vent  Check sinks and toilets for leaks  Inspect hoses on washing machine, dishwasher & icemaker for leaks  Change direction of ceiling fans (blowing upward to re-circulate warm air near the ceiling more evenly around the room)  Test sump pump (if relevant)
