Graduation Fee A graduation fee is billed to all candidates for graduation. The fee is refundable in the event the student does not meet graduation requirements. This is a required fee regardless of the student’s participation in graduation ceremonies. All delinquent accounts must be cleared in BC Central prior to participating in commencement, receiving an official transcript or obtaining a diploma. Course Materials Fee Bluefield College provides textbooks for all degree seeking students through a course material rental program with eCampus. Each student is charged per semester.
