The mission of Outreach and International Affairs is to share the best of Virginia Tech by working alongside communities throughout the world. Outreach and International Affairs leads Virginia Tech's presence on five continents for study abroad and global research; its regional research and development centers across the commonwealth focus on graduate education and professional development. A Blacksburg-based center is primarily dedicated to English language and American culture training for non-native speakers.
