50-Year-Reunion
During my time in Atlanta, I was lucky enough to attend Superbowl XXXIV in 2000, where my Rams won over the Titans. GO RAMS !!! In June of 2005, I came back to Bluefield to attend David and Ann Ledgerwood ’ s wedding. While in Bluefield, I ran into my Jeanne whom I had been in contact with throughout the years. We hooked up and drove atop of East River Mountain, where the Old Flame was rekindled. I proposed shortly thereafter in Gatlinburg, then deep in the Smokies, deeply in love, we were wed in front of a waterfall on October 22 . I moved back to Bluefield with Jeanne and we stayed in a rented house on Vineyard Street for five years. Then we began looking for a home. We were fortunate to find a fixer - upper in Rocky Gap on Laurel Fork Road, where her parents used to own “ The Lazy B. ” We have been home residing here, renovating since 2010. Unfortunately, no children, but we have been very fortunate to have had lots and lots of fur babies. Life ’ s Better in the Country !!! Having searched what to do in life, I became a Bodyworker. I was always told that I have a gift/knack for touch and fortunately I turned that into my life ’ s work and purpose, and oh so very blessed and fortunate to still be with my “ GKnee. ” Always strived hard to represent my hometown and home state …………. GO BEAVS ………… GO ‘ EERS ………… BLESS ALL
