After high school, I graduated from Bluefield State College with a degree in Business Administration. I have two Masters' degrees. My professional life has been in service of helping folks in organizations. I have done that through my role as an Organization Consultant. I have worked with a variety of organizations over the years and have felt this role has been my calling in life. On a personal level, I married the love of my life, Linda Pearson in 1987. We were married in Alexandria, Virginia. Our beautiful daughter, Rachel, was born in 1995. We currently live in Wake Forest, North Carolina. We love the beach and make it a point to get down there as often as we can.

I have had a variety of hobbies over the years. Those include scuba diving, a very brief stint at hang gliding, acting, boating, photography, and playing guitar.
