When I was in the Elite ’ s Club in High School we went to Myrtle Beach, and I met a boy that I eventually married!

We have been married over 44 years and have a son and a daughter. Our son lives in Columbus, Ohio and our daughter lives near us in Meridianville. We raised our family most of the time in Florida, as Bill worked as a contractor at Kennedy Space Center. His job eventually relocated us to the Huntsville, Alabama area. I graduated Concord College with a Bachelor ’ s Degree in Medical Technology and used it when we lived in North Carolina, Texas and Alabama. I retired in 2020 as a Laboratory Director at American Family Care Urgent Care Centers. In my retirement I enjoy traveling, reading, jigsaw puzzles, playing with my cats, but most important of all spending time with the grandchildren. One of the highlights of my life in recent years has been meeting my cousins, who live in Southern Italy, as my grandfather emigrated to West Virginia in the early 1900’ s. We have traveled back and forth the past few years to meet and visit with them.
