To create another (new)  Requirement: 1.) Change the Name. 2.) Select new text and / or  edit the Description 3.) Check the Origin,  Paragraph Number,  Paragraph Title and change  if needed.  4.) Check the Relation and  the Targets – change if  needed. Finally, once everything is  completed, Create the new  element.
