Copy the description from Debris 0002 and paste it in the  DOCUMENT > GL Source Document’s description Once copied, then go back to REQUIREMENTS and DELETE  Debris 0002 CAUTION: Get in the habit of using Paste Unformatted.  Using this  command, you can control font type and size globally in a document  ensuring consistency in the text.

Edit Document: Geospatial Library Source Document

In the DOCUMENT Class, Select  the GL Source Document element. Open a separate Property Sheet  window by double‐clicking on the  element.

Paste in the Description Edit Attributes as shown

Specify the External File Path to  hyper‐link to the actual document.

Building an element’s attributes and relations can be done in either the Project Browser – Property view or in an individual Property Sheet.
