Component Interfaces

System Context

We established the Interfaces  needed in our earlier discussion. We can now put these Interfaces  in to our model and render  Interface diagrams. With the System Context  Element selected, click on the  button for the I/F Block (     ).   This will open the I/F Block  diagram (as shown on the next  slide).

Context Layer Interfaces • The  Interface element is used to specify “logical Interfaces” • Arrange the ICONs as shown below before connecting with an I/F • Highlight Customers and Geospatial Library and create Interface:  Customers Interface Then Create two more  interfaces: (a.) Collector Interface (Collectors and  Geospatial Library) (b.) Certification  Authority Interface
