Each resolution, after being read, was adopted by unanimous voice vote, and after each resolution was adopted, a standing ovation was given, as prescribed by the resolution. Copies of these resolutions are on file at the National Office. Chairman Biery on behalf of the officers and delegates, we thank you and your committee for your work during our convention. The Chair calls upon George Brothers, Chair of the Bylaws Committee for a report, if any, on the committee’s meeting with the delegates on Thursday. George recognized Ron Ried and Billy Hobbs for their service and time. Input and comments received from the delegates will be reviewed by the bylaws committee. For those that didn’t come, we missed you. Please contact your bylaws committee through your National Representative or the National office to share your ideas on bylaws and policies. The Chair calls upon 2023 President-Elect Robin Davenport to come to the podium to report on the 2025 National Convention –Greenville, SC. Robin invited 2025 Convention Chair 2000 National President Jim Lafollette and the Greenville Representative to the stage. After the presentation, one free full package registration to the January 24-25, 2025, Ruritan Convention in Greenville SC was drawn from the first-timers that were in attendance. Jerry Smith, Jr. Falling Spring Club was the winner . The Chair calls on National Secretary Juliann Poff to give the final report of the Credentials Committee.
