Bluefield Try Lacrosse Day Interested in learning about lacrosse? Join us Sunday, November 3, from 1 PM to 3 PM at the upper baseball field at Graham Recreation Park for a day of lacrosse. Athletes of all ages and lacrosse experience are welcome to join! No equipment needed. Please bring a water bottle and be ready to learn.

Caving Trip Join us for a Big Kid Adventure (ages 18 and up) as we go on a caving trip on Saturday, December 7, from 8 AM to 4 PM. The fee for FitRec members is $20, and the fee for nonmembers is $25. Register by November 23, only 10 spots available. Register online at secure.rec1.com/WV/bluefield-wv/catalog.
