EDUCATION: University of Maryland, Bachelor of Science in Police Science; Virginia State Police Academy in Richmond, Virginia; Attended the Institute of Police Technology and Management School. OCCUPATION: Virginia State Police Department, Virginia State Police trooper, Investigator, Human Resource Manager, Virginia State Police Academy Instructor, Firearms Instructor Training, Tact Team Member and Field Training Officer; Assistant High School Football Coach for 22 years for Liberty and Fauquier High School; Have received a Silver Star Valor from the Commonwealth of Virginia. OTHER: I have been married to Brenda for 43 years, and we have two sons, Luke and Ben. I have four grandchildren. I am a Cattle Farmer and Football Coach.
