Soldiers’ Hill Angus Farm’s genetics and equipment will be available through a private treaty retirement sale in 2024! Our herd has stood the test of time. For 34 years, we have extensively utilized AI and Embryo Transfer, resulting in a cow herd with stacked pedigrees of breed-leading sires. Many of their babies are in the top 10% of the breed for multiple traits. We are no stranger to the bull tests conducted by BCIA, with numerous top indexing, top gaining, and top selling bulls over the years. The sons of our maternal matrons have sold into six states and Canada. As testimony to our herd’s success, Soldiers’ Hill Angus Farm was recognized this spring as the Virginia Seedstock Producer of the Year from the Virginia Cattlemen’s Association. We have also received the Virginia Angus Association’s Bartenslager Award, and the Virginia Beef Cattle Improvement Association (BCIA) has honored us with the Outstanding Seedstock Producer of the Year award.
