Dear Friends: Please plan to join us on Saturday, December 10 at noon at the Culpeper Agricultural Enterprises as we host the 65th Annual Culpeper Senior Bull Sale. We extend a big thank you to Steve and Blake Hopkins at Riverview Farms for their excellent care and management of the bulls. We appreciate their interest and engagement with BCIA. We invite you to join us at Riverview Farms’ bull development facility outside Louisa for the Open House which will be held on Sunday December 4, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. This will be an excellent time to view the bulls and visit with the breeders and everyone involved. We hope you can join us! Celebrating our 65th consecutive year, the Culpeper Senior program is the oldest, most continuously operated bull test program in the nation. It has stood the test of time as a premier source for quality genetics. While lots has changed over those years, the principles that BCIA was founded upon have not wavered. The BCIA breeders continue to be committed to what brought us to this point- providing high quality genetics that work, and standing behind the bulls we sell. We encourage you to study the pedigree, performance, and phenotype of these bulls. We are confident you will find the quality runs deep across breeds, and you will find bulls to meet your goals. The sale will be available online through LiveAuctions.tv. If you cannot join us in person, we hope this service provides you the ability to participate in the sale. See details contained in this catalog. Complimenting this, video is available on all the bulls which can be accessed on the BCIA website. As always, we will have bidding available over the telo-auction or feel free to give one of us a call if you need assistance prior to or during the sale. We would be happy to assist you any way we can to secure a bull that meets your needs All bulls selling have passed a complete breeding soundness exam, including semen evaluation, as specified by the Society for Theriogenology. Volume buyer discounts are available with the purchase of three or more bulls. All bulls sell with the BCIA enhanced guarantee, which provides assurance for soundness and fertility, and a promise to you from the breeders that they stand behind their product. Again this year, we will provide complimentary delivery for bulls following the sale. Feel free to stop by Riverview Farms near Louisa any time to view the bulls. Contact any of the consignors, Steve 540 205-7798 or Blake 540-223-1886 at Riverview Farms, or myself at 540-231-9159 if we can be of assistance in any way. We hope to see you on Saturday, December 10!
