Preparations for the Centennial Celebration began in the 2020-2021 academic year. The organizing committee took a full day to comb through our archives as we planned out the historical exhibit. We were focused on finding things, but walked away with something much greater. Amid the documents, articles, and items a renewed sense of gratitude developed in each of us. It became clear that each of us were standing in this moment in time because of the investment of time, talents, and resources provided by so many over the past 100 years. Thank you for your investment in Bluefield University. Your generous gifts make it possible for us to continue to be a "Christ-centered learning community developing servant leaders to impact our world." It is my hope that 100 years from now a committee will be looking through the archives and reflecting on the good work completed at the beginning of the Bluefield University's second century of service.
