In 2017, the Department and its allies generated 35 prospect leads. Thirty-four of the leads required follow- up information (sites and buildings, community data, etc.) and 10 resulted in community visits by the prospects. At year end, 21 others were still actively considering projects inMontgomery County, while 12 were successfully located in the County.
