(Flip) Turn & Burn Aqua Bootcamp

On Wednesdays… you can (really) sweat with us! Start your day off right with a routine consisting of dryland workouts and water workouts. Guaranteed to hit all the right muscles and have you ready to conquer the rest of your day! Basic swimming skills required as part of the workout consists of lap swimming. This workout will have you in and out of the water. Dryland workouts will vary with equipment used. Intermediate to advanced intensity. Must be comfortable in 17ft water depth. Competition Pool. *Please bring your own mat or extra towel for the deck
