By working at a magnet facility, I am given the opportunity to have a voice, autonomy, and the ability to provide the utmost quality care to our patients. We are given the opportunity to create real change within our specific department to ensure that we provide safe and high quality care to our patients. Through autonomy we are able to continually build trust and teamwork through all members of the interdisciplinary team, but specifically among the physicians and nurses.
