Trips and Tours

TOUR POLICIES • Registration for tours can be made at the Montgomery County Government Center Parks & Recreation Office, 755 Roanoke Street, Suite 1E, Christiansburg, VA 24073. Registrations can be made in person, mail or phone. Payment must be made at time of registration.     • Confirmation: Upon registration you will receive a confirmation of dates and times. Those who are registered will be notified if the tour is canceled. • Deadline is set to secure tickets. If minimum number of participants is not met, tour will be canceled. • Wait list: If tour is full at the time of inquiry, request to be placed on waiting list, if a vacancy becomes available participant will be notified and given seven days to submit fee. • Refund: For a full refund, cancellations must be made prior to registration deadline, unless a substitute is providedor cancellation canbefilled from"Wait List Participants" or if tickets have been purchased. Refunds are automatic when tour is canceled. • We reserve the right to have program flexibility. • Medicine: Participants should travel with at least a 24-hour supply of medication on the event we are unable to return home due to inclement weather or other circumstances.
